Education and Experience:

  • Has an excellent portfolio and story to share of Social Media Marketing initiatives
  • Formal college education from a technical school or university is highly desirable.
  • Has an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Creative Team Player, but very independent and accomplished when assuming individual assignments.
  • Comfortable with Hootsuite and other social media automation tools
  • Experience with Hubspot and/or other marketing automation tools.
  • Some Google Adwords, email marketing, or past blogging is a plus.

The primary responsibilities of this positions will be to manage and optimize Search Engine Marketing initiatives including Google Adwords, Analytics, and SEO intiatives (for all of our current businesses and new/developing product lines – and this includes Google/Bing/Etc, PPC campaigns, and SEO).  Having talents and experiences in other digital marketing such as email marketing and social media marketing (planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting) on all social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Instagram, blogs and others, is a plus.

Some Key Elements:

  • You are an expert in utilizing Google Adwords and have optimized and grown profitable campaigns
  • You are excited (not scared) about managing large Adwords campaigns in excess of $100,000
  • Talented in creating textual ads and specific calls to action.
  • Familiar and skilled in all of Google’s ad formats – PLA’s, texts, images, etc – and knows when to use each
  • Experience in interest based advertising and knows the best companies to utilize for those approaches
  • Experience in re-marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in Drip-Series marketing strategies
  • Embraces testing, optimization, and data driven improvement activities
  • Creative Team Player, but very independent and accomplished when assuming individual assignments.
  • Be a self-starter and embrace new technologies
  • Has an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Familiar with and has utilized Google Adwords, SEM, PPC, CTR
  • Comfortable with Hootsuite and other social media automation tools

This particular position is for a stellar iOS and Android developer.  You have a friendly personality, along with the ability to collaborate and develop independently.  One of the things that is cool about you, is that you are extremely obsessive about technology; you’d jump at the opportunity to develop an Android app or something for Apple’s new iPad. You follow tech blogs and want to be a thought leader in showing how your approach to mobile development is better than what others are doing.

Your pride shines through in your ability to show off the apps that you have published in the App Store or Android Market.  You don’t need to have a best selling app (because then you’d be working for yourself anyway), but you should have one (but more preferably several) apps in the store and be completely familiar with the iOS SDK and/or Android API.

Our ideal candidate has spent most of their development years behind the API, and has broad experience in mobile platforms like iOS and Android to see the big architectural picture. Having experience in developing database driven apps is important.  How do all the pieces of the solution fit together? Where does the data live? When should we be integrators vs. building our own services?  We’d like someone who enjoys taking on these challenging questions with a sense of vision.

Some Key Elements:

  • Skilled in iOS app development and/or Android app development
  • Skilled in UX/UI Design
  • Have experience in wire-framing mobile apps
  • Keeps up with trends, best practices, and technology in mobile coding

This particular position is to join our Account Management Team for our RatingsMax brand. The goal is to be a difference maker! To help small businesses reach their full potential!

Our Account Managers work with our SMB Customers to understand their needs, establish goals and success measurements. From onboarding to developing a strong relationship, the account manager is the main resource our customers depend on to assist and implement of the processes to improve their business and increase their sales. The Account Manager will take a consultative approach to each customer and additionally work to identify where there could be value added sales opportunities that they can benefit from.

Specifically the account manager will use powerful analytics tools to determine and implement strategies that involve managing their client’s online reviews, ratings and social media.

Expectations:

  • Manage assigned group of customers. Including email and phone outreach, responding to questions and concerns.
  • Develop a strong relationship with the customer to drive long-term loyalty and retention.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of client’s needs and objectives and how our services can deliver on the results our clients expect.
  • Strong understanding of the RatingsMax.com product and ability to educate and advise customers on features and benefits.
  • Ensure that customers derive maximum value from RatingsMax.com, by assisting them to successfully adopt and deploy their purchased services.
  • Conduct periodic strategic reviews with clients.
  • Work with internal teams to refine offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Take ownership for your work including monthly assigned goals and quotas.

You Have

  • At least 1-2 years experience (2+ years preferred) in relationship sales or account management, previous experience with local or SMB offerings preferred
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Understanding and applied knowledge of online media (both display and search), online marketing tools such as (social media, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, paid search, and customer review websites)
  • Possesses a customer-centric partnership approach with exceptional problem-solving and leadership abilities. Outstanding customer-facing skills, including a love for customer education.
  • The ability to manage client problems and represent the company in the best light at all times

Difference maker:

This particular position is to join our Inside Sales Team. The goal is to be a difference maker! To help small businesses reach their full potential! Your role will be to acquire new customers by providing a customer centric solution based on a consultative approach to SMB prospects. This is a role that is   heavily based upon prospecting and cold calling and there is a distinct career path for the successful rep in this highly visible role as we continue to build out our sales team to support this fast-growing business.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility is to obtain new customers.   Sales will come from the servicing of inbound calls from various marketing initiatives, plus outbound calling into targeted customers via call campaigns.

Expectations:

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads via phone and email to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospects
  • Research accounts to understand need, enable effective follow up, and generate interest
  • Perform comprehensive needs assessments and relevant demos/webinars to potential users which are customized to their business
  • Find the value of RatingsMax.com in each business and sell those solutions to them.
  • Strong follow-up by maintaining contact with customers following contact or demos/webinars ability to close business.
  • Collaborate with team on identifying opportunities and handling objections.
  • Integrate your time with marketing campaigns.

Education, Skills, Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-2 year experience in call center or cold call sales/relationship sales.
  • Competitive nature – should be eager to learn and want to win.  Make a positive impact on you customers, team and company

  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skillsSolid communications skills – both verbal and written
